Sorry! (X100)
I'm very very very very very very sorry. I said I would update soon and I didn't. I kind of got bored of that story. I'm not bored of the plot but I'm fed up of trying to make it happen in the Sims 2. The story is about 50 years long for the characters. I might make a new story instead sometime. I've got two sims at the moment who I might make a story about. I doubt anyone is actually reading this so I've no idea why I'm even bothering to write anything. Bye-bye imaginary people who I'm pretending are reading my blog!

The Valley of Youths - Chapter 1/ Abandoned
"Vanessa, will you mind Rose for me while I go to the shops? It will only take a few minutes."
"Of course I'll watch her. What do you need to get?"
"Oh, just stuff. Like eggs and milk."
"See you later!"
"Oh I love you Rosie wosie! You're the best little sister ever!"

It took Vanessa a few days to realise that her mother wasn't coming back. They'd been abandoned.
How could she do this to me? Where's she gone?
She was very upset, and quite worried at first. But if something had happened to her it would have been on the news. Vanessa didn't want to get the police involved, because it wasn't any of their business, and if Georgia didn't come back Rose would get sent off to an orphanage. So Vanessa decided to look after her little sister and pretend that nothing was wrong - which had been her mother's plan all along.
She decided to knock down a wall and make the living room bigger, and move her bedroom to Georgia's old room. She bought a bookcase so she could read some books, and a new toybox for Rose.
The great thing about this is that there's no-one to make me go to school!

But Vanessa soon got fed up of looking after her baby sister.
"I've had enough! I'm up half the night because you won't stop crying, and I can't even go out with my friends because I'm stuck here looking after you!"
She was so angry she smashed up Rose's dollhouse, and made her cry.
She instantly felt terrible, but only for a second. It's her own fault for winding me up, she thought.

The Valley of Youths - Introduction
Vanessa and Rose have been left to fend for themselves, abandoned by the woman who should have loved and cared for them. Can they survive on their own?
Georgia WilsonRomance
Neat 5 Outgoing 10 Active 10 Playful 10 Nice 0
Georgia is fed up with being held back by whining kids. She wants freedom to do whatever she wants! And now that her daughter is a teenager and can be left alone, she has a plan...
Vanessa WilsonFortune
Neat 10 Outgoing 5 Active 10 Playful 0 Nice 0
Vanessa became bitter and twisted when her mother abandoned her and her baby sister, and now hates all adults.
Rose WilsonGrow Up
Neat 7 Outgoing 0 Active 0 Playful 8 Nice 10
Rose can't understand why her big sister is so mean to her, or why they don't have a mother. When Vanessa has been really horrible to her, sometimes she thinks she's evil - maybe so evil that she might have killed their mummy.

John, Ann, and Benny haven't had much trouble adjusting to their new lives as orphans. But will their father's ghost make trouble for them when he realises this?
Bob JonesPopularity
Neat 0 Outgoing 10 Active 0 Playful 10 Nice 5
Bob is disgusting! He eats all the time, never washes or cleans, and spends all his time lying on the sofa. If he doesn't change his behaviour soon, he's going to catch a terrible disease.
John JonesPopularity
Neat 7 Outgoing 5 Active 4 Playful 0 Nice 9
John is just a normal teenage boy. He lives with his twin sister, his little brother, and the ghost of his dad.
Ann JonesKnowledge
Neat 10 Outgoing 7 Active 0 Playful 0 Nice 8
At primary school Ann was always teased and getting called a swot. So now that she's at high school she's determined to always be with the 'in' crowd. Although she doesn't want to have terrible marks, she thinks that if she mucks about sometimes it will make her more like everyone else, so it will be easier to make friends with them.
Benny JonesGrow Up
Neat 7 Outgoing 4 Active 5 Playful 3 Nice 6
Benny is the coolest kid at school, and everyone wants to be his friend. Life will always be perfect for him, because he's never alone, and his best friends will be there for him no matter what.

The four children wait, longing for the day when their parents will return to care for them.
Jane PearceFamily
Neat 8 Outgoing 0 Active 1 Playful 6 Nice 10
Jane loves her children, but looking after them all on her own is such hard work. She knows she can trust Justin to look after his siblings - it won't take long to find their father.
Justin PearceFamily
Neat 10 Outgoing 0 Active 0 Playful 5 Nice 10
Justin has been given the job of looking after his younger siblings, because his mum has gone abroad to find his dad - who they last saw when they were all on holiday. He was staying behind to help at an orphanage, and was a month late coming home.
Mina PearceGrow Up
Neat 10 Outgoing 0 Active 5 Playful 0 Nice 10
Mina is a very sweet little girl who loves to help her big brother Justin around the house.
Charlotte PearceGrow Up
Neat 7 Outgoing 0 Active 10 Playful 5 Nice 3
Charlotte may look adorable, but she's actually a selfish little brat.
Nicholas PearceGrow Up
Neat 10 Outgoing 0 Active 8 Playful 0 Nice 7
Nicholas doesn't think much. He just exists as an empty shell. Where is his soul?

Tips for Private School and Fires
Fires
When I had my expansion packs installed I had a university student make a Baked Alaska. I think he had 10 cooking points and high needs. When he had to set it on fire he caught fire instead and the Baked Alaska disappeared. He was alright because the fireman put him out. He didn't even have a memory of burning Baked Alaska!
Private School
- If your sim is in a bad mood they're more likely to make a fire when they're cooking.
- It might seem obvious, but if you have a fire and you don't want your sims to die, keep them AWAY from the fire! Send them to another room.
- I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence, but when my sims' cooker is dirty they nearly always have a fire.
- One of my sims was scared of fire. When another sim set the kitchen on fire she didn't even notice, because she was in the living room reading.

Private School
- Don't get a buffet table. I tried it once (because my sim's parents were both in a bad mood) and I couldn't get the headmaster to eat. He might be able to eat pizza, but it doesn't fill up my sims' hunger much.
- Buy the best decorations you can afford and put them in one room. Show the headmaster that room and then move them to another room and show him that one. (it might not work if the same headmaster comes a second time)
- Don't leave him alone. My score was really high and my sims (parents Susan and Daniel, child Yvonna, toddler Ian) were tired so I sent them to bed. He walked round and round the kitchen for two hours and then told me my family was not worthy of association with his fine institution.
